My focus is on creating change based on client-centered individualized goals that consider all areas of wellness: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition.

Easy-to-use online platform:
You’ll start by telling me all about yourself, including your current health habits, desires for health coaching, strengths and past successes, and wellness vision. For there, we will work together with my science-based coaching method to customize a program that will work for you.
Simple practices and daily accountability:
Every day you will work on customized lifestyle practices. Each practice will be tailored to help you get the results you are looking for
Small yet powerful practices to improve everyday life:
We will work together to create and practice healthy habits across every aspect of your life, from eating to stress-management to movement to mindfulness. These new habits will help you feel more calm, confident, and prepared for each day – no matter what life throws at you.
Personalized coaching and detailed progress checking:
I will check in with you frequently to see how you’re doing and to answer any questions you have. Also, you can message me whenever you need. The program also tracks everything from your metrics to your consistency with daily actions so you can see just how much progress you’ve made.
Individual and Group Consultations
You can choose either a 6 or 12 week package. For both the 6- and 12-week packages you will have the following tools to help build your success:
- Bi-weekly one-on-one virtual meetings (1 hr. for first meeting, then 45-minute meetings)
- Assessments and tools to track progress
- Check-ins and accountability through coaching app
- Metrics tracking
- Easy communication with coach
- Food tracking journal
- Your own health dashboard
- Individual goal setting and action planning every session
If you choose the group option (up to 4 people) instead of the individual option all virtual meetings will be with your group. Also, the general goals will be developed by the group and then there will be opportunities for individualization in creating specific action plans.
I will provide you with the encouragement, support, accountability, and guidance you need to move forward with your health and wellness.
*All virtual meetings with be held Tuesday-Thursday between 8AM-5PM EST

6 Week Package
$500 Total paid in full before coaching begins
*4 Virtual Sessions
(First two weeks in a row then every other week)
Week 1 = 60 minutes
Week 2, 4 & 6 = 45 minutes
12 Week Package
$900 Total paid in full before coaching begins OR
$550 Paid before coaching begins and $400 paid before week seven
*7 Virtual Sessions
(First two weeks in a row then every other week)

Week 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 & 12 = 45 minutes

6 Week Package
Group (2-4 people)
$400 each for 2 people
$350 each for 3 people

Maintenance Package
Available for clients who have completed the 12 Week Program

- 1 Virtual Session each month for 45 minutes
