Hello! My name is Karen Scranton, and I am excited to work with you.  My goal is to guide and support women in creating a healthy lifestyle where you can lose the weight for good and make lasting change with how you look and feel. I will provide unwavering and personalized support, accountability, education and the tools needed to cultivate sustainable, positive lifestyle changes.

I have over two decades of experience working with clients guiding them to set and achieve goals and make positive long-term changes. I have personal experience working through the challenges that happen with trying to find balance with work/family/time for self, going through menopause, struggling through frustration with losing/regaining weight, being overly stressed, and self-doubt. I find great enjoyment in running and have completed several half and full marathons and founded a running program for West Michigan youth. I also enjoy discovering and making healthy and nutritious meals and snacks, biking, being outdoors, and creating a life that is focused on living with mindfulness and being kind and non-judgmental to both myself and others.  I have always loved learning about health and wellness and getting others excited about seeing the potential they have within themselves to create and build healthy habits.
